Services

A healthier choice for a healthier you.

Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy

One-on-one counseling tailored to your personal journey. In individual therapy, our licensed counselors work with you privately to address a wide variety of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, life transitions, or personal growth. We create a safe, compassionate space where you can openly discuss your feelings and challenges. Together, we develop coping strategies and goals to help you overcome obstacles and improve your mental well-being. Individual therapy at MCS is always personalized – your therapist will use evidence-based techniques (like cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, etc.) suited to your needs, empowering you to make positive changes in your life at your own pace.

Family & Couples Therapy
Family & Couples Therapy

Strengthening relationships through guided conversation and healing. Our family and couples therapy services are designed to help families, partners, and spouses improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build healthier dynamics. Whether you’re a couple facing marital challenges or a family dealing with stress, parenting issues, or major life changes, MCS therapists are here to facilitate understanding and restore harmony in your household. Sessions may involve all family members or just those most affected, depending on the situation. We provide a supportive environment where everyone has a voice. By learning new communication skills and ways to support one another, families and couples can emerge from therapy with stronger bonds and better strategies for facing future challenges together.

Juvenile Detention & Therapy
Juvenile Detention & Therapy

Specialized counseling for youth in the justice and child welfare systems. MCS is proud to support some of the most vulnerable young people in our community by providing therapy services within juvenile detention centers and through Department of Human Services (DHS) programs. Our clinicians are trained in trauma-informed care and adolescent development, enabling them to connect with at-risk youth and address issues such as behavioral challenges, trauma, anger management, and emotional regulation. We work closely with juvenile justice staff, social workers, and foster care programs to ensure these young clients receive consistent, compassionate support. The goal is to help each youth develop healthier coping skills, improve decision-making, and foster resilience and hope for their future. By intervening early and empathetically, we aim to reduce recidivism and help these young individuals find a more positive path forward.

School Bases Therapy
School Bases Therapy

Bringing mental health services directly to students on campus. MCS partners with schools (elementary through high school) to provide on-site therapy and counseling for students during the school day. Our school-based therapists become part of the school community, working in coordination with teachers, counselors, and parents. We address issues like bullying, academic stress, behavior problems, anxiety, depression, and more – right where students spend their days. Early intervention is key: by making support accessible at school, we can often help students before issues escalate, leading to better attendance, improved focus in class, and healthier peer relationships. Our team integrates seamlessly into the school environment with minimal disruption to classes. For the school and families, this service is highly convenient and effective – children and teens get the help they need without having to travel to an outside clinic. MCS handles all the logistics, including parental consents and insurance billing (such as Medicaid), so that the therapy comes at no additional cost to the school or the student’s family. School-based therapy reflects our commitment to community well-being and ensuring no child falls through the cracks when it comes to mental health.

Medicaid (SoonerCare) Covered Services
Medicaid (SoonerCare) Covered Services

Quality care that’s accessible to those with Medicaid coverage. MCS is a proud provider of services covered by Medicaid, including Oklahoma’s SoonerCare (Title 19) program. We believe financial barriers should never stand in the way of getting help. If you or your child have Medicaid/SoonerCare, our therapy services are fully covered – meaning no out-of-pocket cost for you. Our administrative staff is experienced in navigating Medicaid requirements and will handle the billing process directly, so you can focus solely on your therapy journey. From individual and family therapy to group and school-based services, we ensure that clients using Medicaid receive the same high standard of care and attention as any other client. Everyone deserves quality mental health support, and MCS is committed to delivering that to Medicaid-insured individuals with professionalism and dignity.

Private Pay & Insurance Options
Private Pay & Insurance Options

Flexible payment options for those with private insurance or self-pay. MCS welcomes clients who will be using private health insurance or paying out-of-pocket for services. We are in-network with several major insurance providers – including Aetna and Humana – and we also accept many other PPO and HMO plans. Our team will gladly verify your benefits and help you understand any co-pays or coverage before you begin, so there are no surprises. For private-pay clients (those without insurance coverage or who choose not to use it), we offer competitive self-pay rates and can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement if applicable. We accept a variety of payment methods (see our Insurance & Payment page for details) to make the process convenient. No matter how you choose to pay for your sessions, our commitment is to provide transparent, affordable care without compromising on quality. Your mental health is an investment – we strive to make it a manageable one.

Teletherapy / Online Counseling
Teletherapy / Online Counseling

Accessible counseling from the comfort of your own space. For clients who prefer to attend therapy remotely or cannot easily visit our office, MCS offers secure teletherapy sessions. Using a confidential, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform, you can connect with your therapist from your home, office, or any private location using a computer or smartphone. Teletherapy provides the same quality of care you’d expect from an in-person session, with added convenience and flexibility – especially helpful for those with busy schedules, transportation limitations, or health concerns. Our online counseling covers individual therapy, family sessions, and even some group programs, ensuring that distance is never a barrier to receiving support. Whether you live in a different part of the region or just down the street, you can access MCS’s services online. We make sure the process is easy: once you schedule, we’ll guide you through setting up the video session and what to expect. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet space. With teletherapy, help is always within reach, wherever you are.

Group Therapy
Group Therapy

Healing and growth in a supportive group setting. MCS facilitates group therapy sessions that bring people with similar experiences or challenges together under the guidance of our skilled therapists. In a group therapy program, 6-10 participants meet regularly (often weekly) to share their struggles, learn from one another, and practice new skills in a safe, confidential environment. We offer groups focused on various topics and populations – for example, social skills groups for teens, anxiety and stress management groups for adults, parenting support groups, and more. Group therapy can be incredibly powerful: clients often find strength in knowing they are not alone and gain insights from hearing others’ perspectives. Our therapist will ensure the group remains respectful and beneficial for everyone, guiding discussions and introducing therapeutic activities or coping techniques. Group sessions are typically lower in cost than individual sessions, making them an affordable option or a great supplement to one-on-one therapy. At MCS, we foster an atmosphere of mutual support and understanding in all our groups, helping participants build confidence, improve relationships, and inspire each other on the path to wellness.

Workplace Wellness & Leadership
Workplace Wellness & Leadership

Empowering organizations with mental health education and leadership development. These services include:

• Employee Wellness Workshops: Interactive seminars on topics such as stress reduction, preventing burnout, coping with change, and building resilience. Our trainers provide practical tools employees can use to manage their mental health and maintain productivity.
• Leadership Development with a Mental Health Focus: Training for managers and executives on leading with emotional intelligence, empathy, and effective communication. We help leaders develop skills to support their teams’ mental well-being, handle conflict in healthy ways, and create a positive workplace culture.

• Customized Programs: We can tailor presentations or ongoing training series to address specific issues in your organization, such as team building, substance abuse education, or improving work-life balance.

By investing in mental health and leadership training, organizations can expect improved morale, higher productivity, and lower turnover. MCS’s corporate services are led by experienced professionals who understand both clinical best practices and the realities of workplace dynamics.
